We used Ducknowl for hiring support team, it helped us to quickly shortlist the resumes using keyword matching feature. Ducknowl has think time feature for one way video interviewing. We can use this to ask impromptu questions to interview since we can define how much time a candidate to think the answer once the candidate sees the question

Ducknowl does not have a live coding test, this would have helped us in some coding jobs.

Ducknowl team has all the features we needed, their team was very helpful in setting the account and we were live within 5 working days. We used it to hiring support team. It worked really great for these jobs since they were able to quickly short the resumes using keyword matching and also conduct one way video interviews in no time.

Ducknowl has cut the amount of time it takes to review resumes received and match them up with our business needs by providing a complex and comprehensive tool with which to identify hard and soft skills that are on resumes, while also allowing flexibility to put a human touch on the process. As a company in the real estate industry, we have positions that require both very specific skills, such as knowledge of maintenance processes, but also important general competencies such as time management, customer service and sales skills. Ducknowl helps us to really refine candidate search and speeds up that process.
I think it allows me to find the best of the best based on the limited amount of resources I have. Being a really small business, I don't have enough room for mistakes. This software allows my company to thrive by ensuring giving me the best shot at succeeding. It's hard to find a software better than this

I think it makes talent screening so easy in that you can customize what you are really looking for in such a simple way, and it allows you to identify the best person for the job. I think any software like this HAS to make this a fundamental priority to make it worth purchasing. I just feel that in order to succeed as a software that is worth purchasing, little things like fixing the issues that have come with me trying to download PDFs using the software. That is probably the thing I have had the most issues with.
