Cons

  • The scheduler doesn’t automatically send people invite. They need to manually add it on by clicking a link which they often miss
  • Payment system for people outside US
  • Steep learning curve
  • Wish they will add visual workflow automation

  • Sometimes it's hard to see the buttons, like the ADD button. Maybe it could be in a darker color?

  • It's saving me time.
  • I am less frustrated when I need to create a new invoice or contract.
  • Less time spent on these admin tasks means more time available to work with clients.

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Customizable forms

Cons

  • Invoicing - taking automatic payments would be ideal
  • Project Management - the PM tool is lacking in flexibility

Return on Investment

  • It takes a lot of time to set up, but once you do (or hire a professional) you will have an amazing and efficient system that allows for an excellent client experience
  • Having tried other platforms, I appreciate the customizable features of Dubsado not found elsewhere. Its workflows/automations are superior to some other systems
