We have employees working from different regions, and Druva’s agent-based endpoint backup has been reliable for protecting data on laptops outside the corporate network. No need for VPNs or manual intervention—backups run in the background and restore access is available from anywhere.

As a small to medium sized business we have a lot of sensitive data that needs a robust backup solution. This is both for ourselves and our customers. Let it be our normal day to day data or more longer storage solutions. Druva has proved to be an easy solution to manage these backups on a daily, weekly or longer term basis.
Pros
Daily backups

Starting from on-prem services to cloud during COVID, we had to think fast on how to transfer our backup solutions to accommodate this change. From Office, SharePoint and OneDrive files, we had to find a vendor that would be able to backup these files securely and able to restore in a timely manner to our users.
Pros
Functionality
Reporting
Administration
Cons
GUI - sometimes hard to find sepcific functions and tools
Colour scheme - sometimes hard to visually see
Text size

I like the fact that there is cold, warm and hot backup storage of files, can backdate to over a year. However, the older the backups the longer the restoration is, which is not apparent and had to escalate to a support team to clarify this. How backups are broken down to specific products (e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive etc..) I like very much.

To backup our Microsoft 365 Tenant including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Office apps data. There were many times where we felt like the backups were really helpful such as users data getting corrupt. I also recommend Druva Security Cloud's solution to my other clients as the pricing is quite good for the offerings.
Pros
Backups
Restore
Integration
Cons
More integration
Ability to back up configurations in Intune
Ability to back up entire Microsoft 365 tenant
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited for organizations that rely to on Microsoft technologies. Would recommend the solution to my clients as well. I would love to see Druva Security Cloud being able to back up Microsoft 365 tenants entirely - from Intune to Azure Infrastructure. Thats where I think Druva Security Cloud would have an edge over its competitors.

We use Druva for end user device backup and restore for end user devices and cloud backup. Monitoring Share Point and Teams cloud backups. Utilizing snap shots to recover missing and or deleted files and folders. It also is used by our Legal team to potentially avoid costly data recovery solutions.
Pros
Restore to another user profile
Backup schedule and adjustment
Snapshots
Cons
More reporting features
better error logging
UI
Likelihood to Recommend
it is very helpful for new device restores or for users with missing or deleted files. Recovering missing or deleted files from cloud resources like OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, Microsoft Teams, Groups, and Public folders. Recovering files from accounts that are no longer associated due to legal cases and purposes.
We currently use Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to backup our VMWare
infrastructure, but we will soon be integrating it with MS365. As someone who values both security and ease of use, I
decided Druva Data Resiliency Cloud was the right solution for us. It works seamlessly across
various operating systems, and it offers protection against accidental deletions - (and ransomware which we don't have it implemented yet). Implementation is easy and straightforward. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud’s
engineers assisted and provided clear instructions. Performance during the first
round of backups exceeded my expectations. We also take full advantage of
their reports and alerts.
Pros
Easy to manage
Easy backup and restore
No hardware needed
Cons
Simplify switching from one dashboard view to another. For example, VMware to 365 to SQL. Too many clicks. But this is not a dealbreaker at all.
Likelihood to Recommend
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is well suited on every platform/environment we have, however, I would not recommend it for backing up physical servers.

I recommend to have to integrate with the cloud storages cheaper option to store backups which would be tremendous for customers to save snapshots costs.
Love to see Druva Data Resiliency Cloud have a better rbac policy on who can trigger the DR engine.

For our use case we have been using it extensively for centralizing the automated backup creation per scheduled time intervals for critical datastores and servers. Designed a backup plan DR plan accordingly and have everything integrated. To have better sleep for operational overhead in the event of ransomware attack or cloud systems going down in one region, this automation tremendously helps us to get a new env running in few minutes with less manpower.

I am using Druva Data Resiliency Cloud solutions for our Microsoft 365 & Amazon AWS storage solutions. We use Druva Data Resiliency Cloud for storing all our users data and backup solution for Microsoft 365 environments such as Exchange, OneDrive, Shared Mailbox, Public Folder, SharePoint Online, etc. We are very much confident on restoring our user's data if any emergency happens. I'm very satisfied with the services they provide.
Pros
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud can stored data and restore them very effortlessly.
We restored user's mailbox to other user's exchange online and they can use it without any issue.
Configuring user's profile and mapping them with Azure Security Groups make things very easy.
Likelihood to Recommend
Easy to implement. Retention policy can be manage by the admin very well. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud make life easy for the administrator.
User interface can be little better. Sync profile with new mapping group take tillite longer. If Data lock or Data loss protection can be a reversible option.
Cons
User interface can be improved.
Sync time can be improved.
Restored options can be better with reversable option.
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud assisted us and our customers in achieving offsite, immutable air-gapped backups, which were required for Cyber Insurance purposes.
Pros
Easy to setup
Ease of use and management
Reporting and alerting
Likelihood to Recommend
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is an easy to use product that "just works'. To me it is a configure and forget suite of products. I think it is well suited for the protection of virtual workloads on VMWare, Hyper-V and AHV. In addition, to File servers and NAS appliances. In my opinion, it is not the best product for physical workloads, as image based backups are not supported.
Cons
I think reporting could be improved
Native Azure support
I believe the UI could be improved, although this is constantly being refreshed
