We implemented Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to back up our Endpoints, Servers and VMs. As most end users do, ours keep deleting stuff on accident so Druva Security Cloud helps with that, along with keeping archives. Before Druva Security Cloud we were doing physical backups of our in house servers and trusting our hosts to do the same for anything virtual. Druva Security Cloud has exponentially improved the quality and speed of our backups, as well as the breadth of what we are backing up ourselves. The Druva Security Cloud product is easy to use, provides peace of mind for our end users and also streamlines operational efficiency for our IT team.
Pros
Robust admin web management portal that offers a fairly granular user privilege setup and the ability to add different regions in backup
100% cloud backup solution that was implemented well and easy to use
The support team is 24/7 and easily accessible
Users can independently recover their data
Cons
No admin smartphone application
More customizable and on demand reports
UX cosmetic bugs
Likelihood to Recommend
100% cloud backup solution that was implemented well and easy to use. Great communication from our AE through the process and whenever needed. There is a robust admin web management portal that offers a fairly granular user privilege setup and the ability to add different regions in backup. Druva Security Cloud doesn't require a lot of bandwidth or additional resources for either backups or restores. Users can independently recover their data. We are able to back the files up both individually and at a group level. The support team is 24/7 and easily accessible.
Biggest con, in this day and age, is that it would be great to have an admin smartphone application. More details when the backup is running would be nice as well as more customizable reports. Also some cosmetic bugs related to the UX, but nothing huge.
We were having a hard time finding a backup solution that truly backed up all of Sharepoint Online. Druva proved to be the only solution that actually worked. All other solutions said they could but when we POC'd the products, they couldn't backup everything that we use. Thank you Druva for sticking by your word!
Pros
Exchange Online
Sharepoint Online
Onedrive
Teams
Cons
easily control notifications and email alerts
Likelihood to Recommend
O365 backups at a fraction of the cost of other backup systems.

We used Druva as our primary backup solution for our endpoints. The service we used prior was sold to another company, and we were told it was no longer going to be supported. We needed to find a replacement solution that we could implement quickly, and Druva was that solution.
Pros
Easy deployment
Great Technical support
Backups restore very quickly
Cons
Mobile device backups
The silent install and auto start of the backup doesn't work consistently
Likelihood to Recommend
I feel that Druva is best in our environment for allowing our end users to manage and restore their own data instead of having to submit IT tickets every time they need support. Having a small IT team, we like to empower our users to support themselves when it is not a security risk, and Druva allows us to do this.
This isn't a service we currently use within Druva, but their backup and disaster recovery service are excellent. They have allowed us significant peace of mind when it comes to our company's security and safety of our data. This is extremely valuable to have no matter what industry you may be in.
Pros
Ease of use
Customer service
Constant improvement on the product
Cons
Better integration speed
Compatibility with different providers
Likelihood to Recommend
Druva is extremely well suited in all things that have to do with security, backups, and disaster recovery. A specific scenario of this would be if there was a malfunction on a virtual machine, Druva would provide a backup that could be used as a restore point. This would allow us to continue with business as usual
We use Druva for all of our back ups & restores from M365 / AWS and many more. It meets all of our business requirements.
Pros

We use Druva for backing up our On Prem workloads and it meets our critical need to restore in another location of choice with flexible policies which help us with Ransomware use case as well. We are seamlessly able to restore from a past backup into our DC for running our BCP tests
Pros
Ransomware protection
Backup Existing VMWare workloads
Backup of SaaS workloads like O365 and SFDC
Cons
Retention policy could be a bit more granular like a yearly policy
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited for all of our use cases including backing up O365 and SFDC.
The intuitive user interface and ease of restore are so easy to use that we are able to complete our annual BCP tests in time and without any issues. It also helps with Ransomware protection.
