I am using an endpoint backup solution. It is perfect and enhances the backup of end users working from home and not coming office regularly. If any user deletes the data from the system, I can recover the data without any hassle. I am not worried about data protection after implementing the Druva endpoint backup solution in my organization.
Pros
I recovered the data with the help of the Druva endpoint when one of our user's laptop hard disk got crashed.
I can monitor the data backup of the users from the admin console.

Nowadays, all organizations are very open for the employee's comfort, allowing users to work from anywhere; in this scenario, users' data backup is essential. in this case, the drive endpoint backup plays a pivotal role in backing up the employee's data on the cloud. If the user accidentally deletes the data, the IT department will restore it from the cloud backup, and more importantly, it consumes significantly less bandwidth to do the granular backup.
I think it is less appropriate if all the users working from the office and the organization have a good backup infrastructure.
We used to back up files on each user's computer using the redirection function of our internal Windows Server, but now we are using this product to back up to the cloud. Recovery in case of file loss or file overwrite. Especially in the case of file overwrites, it is very effective compared to Windows Server backups because users can trace back to the necessary files themselves from the history.
Pros
Druva automatically backs up at the appropriate frequency.
Druva does not overwhelm the company's network bandwidth.
Druva sends reports to the administrator when there are problems.
Likelihood to Recommend
I think it is suitable for mandating backups to users who are not very computer savvy. I don't think there is any scenario where it is not suitable, but it depends on whether the purchaser can afford the license price.
Cons
It would be nice to have a presentation of specific tasks that the administrator should perform in the event of a backup error.
It would be nice to have a language option other than English for the language delivered to the user.
We're using Druva inSync across our entire organization. For us, it addresses the need for an endpoint backup solution in the days of remote work. All of our needs have been addressed by Druva staff. If we have a question they are there to answer it. If we have a future plan and don't know if particular service is offered we check with them to see if it's supported or not and so far so good. We recommend Druva services but as long as whoever needs use Maxwill Solutions as Druva reseller.
Cons
So far we have no input.
Love their Johnny-on-the-spot approach.
Solid communicators and they're very patient with new people.
inSync is being used across the organisation to provide daily backups of Office 365 - user mailboxes, SharePoint storage and OneDrive. Since moving to a cloud based solution for our Office requirements, we felt that the backup options provided by the provider were insufficient. inSync provides us with daily backups of our data and this gives us piece-of-mind with regard to our data.
Pros
Cloud backup.
Simple interface.
Detailed reporting.

We evaluated several solutions for Microsoft 365 backup. inSync provided us the best price/feature option. The setup is fire and forget - simple to do and it just does its job.
Cons
Management interface is simple but dated.
Reports are very detailed but could do with an executive overview.

Druva inSync is being used across the whole organization. We use the tool to ensure everyone's laptops have their data backed up to the cloud. This will ensure that if there is an issue we can easily restore documents as needed. It allows everyone to have peace of mind and allows administrators to track various governance details to keep us ISO 27001 compliant.
Pros
Governance.
Regularly done backups; every 8 hours is how we have it setup, but you can easily change this.
Restoration of files if there is an issue with a laptop.
Likelihood to Recommend
Druva inSync is well suited for companies and employees who need to ensure that files are backed up to the cloud on a routine basis. This ensures any issue with someone's laptop and/or desktop is rectified by restoring files back to said laptop or desktop or even a new machine that someone receives. Restoration is seamless and fast. I don't see any scenarios within our company where it is not appropriate.
Cons
New Versions don't show Release Notes; actually have to Google this information.
We are currently using Druva inSync as our primary cloud backup. It protects both emails and documents/media. It has saved us several times, during recoveries.
Pros
We had a MacBook Air that was dropped in a puddle and was basically totaled. Once the user was given a new laptop, Druva inSync was able to completely restore the desktop.
Druva inSync was used as temporary storage for iOS updating.
Email Inbox was corrupted, but since the user was backed up on Druva inSync. We were able to recover everything that was lost.
Likelihood to Recommend
As an IT professional, I can rest assured that if something goes wrong, Druva inSync has my back. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that has a team on the go and needs secure coverage, in case of failures.
Cons
The ability to customize notifications
More admin control--be able to remotely force backups
We use Druva inSync for securing data and settings of workstations. We also use Druva inSync to protect phones. As you know, laptops and phones are easily damaged or stolen. The most important thing is to easily recover data from a central console, without the need to log into your workstation. The subscription cost for one device could be lower.
Pros
Security (encryption)
Easy to manage
Lightweight agents
Central console in cloud
Likelihood to Recommend
Recommended for a lot of laptops that are often outside the office, especially when photos from phones must be secured, e.g. for construction-site workers who document the construction process.
Druva inSync is less useful for desktops that have constant access to the local network and servers where the data can be stored (network drives).
Cons
High cost of a single user
Inflexible price list (order for a minimum of 1 year)
Druva is used to protect our entire IT system for the end-user on MacOs, iPhone, and laptop endpoints, including cloud apps like Office 365 full content and DLP for iPhone.
Pros
User experience
Backups are easy to manage
No admin needs
Works fine!
