We implemented Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to back up our Endpoints, Servers and VMs. As most end users do, ours keep deleting stuff on accident so Druva Security Cloud helps with that, along with keeping archives. Before Druva Security Cloud we were doing physical backups of our in house servers and trusting our hosts to do the same for anything virtual. Druva Security Cloud has exponentially improved the quality and speed of our backups, as well as the breadth of what we are backing up ourselves. The Druva Security Cloud product is easy to use, provides peace of mind for our end users and also streamlines operational efficiency for our IT team.
Pros
Robust admin web management portal that offers a fairly granular user privilege setup and the ability to add different regions in backup
100% cloud backup solution that was implemented well and easy to use
The support team is 24/7 and easily accessible
Users can independently recover their data
Cons
No admin smartphone application
More customizable and on demand reports
UX cosmetic bugs
Likelihood to Recommend
100% cloud backup solution that was implemented well and easy to use. Great communication from our AE through the process and whenever needed. There is a robust admin web management portal that offers a fairly granular user privilege setup and the ability to add different regions in backup. Druva Security Cloud doesn't require a lot of bandwidth or additional resources for either backups or restores. Users can independently recover their data. We are able to back the files up both individually and at a group level. The support team is 24/7 and easily accessible.
Biggest con, in this day and age, is that it would be great to have an admin smartphone application. More details when the backup is running would be nice as well as more customizable reports. Also some cosmetic bugs related to the UX, but nothing huge.
We were having a hard time finding a backup solution that truly backed up all of Sharepoint Online. Druva proved to be the only solution that actually worked. All other solutions said they could but when we POC'd the products, they couldn't backup everything that we use. Thank you Druva for sticking by your word!
Pros
Exchange Online
Sharepoint Online
Onedrive
Teams
Cons
easily control notifications and email alerts
Likelihood to Recommend
O365 backups at a fraction of the cost of other backup systems.

Druva is being used to back up M365(exchange, Onedrive, Teams, and SharePoint) as well as laptop backups.
Pros
Ease of configuration
Large scale backup for all our laptops
Restores are faster
Cons
Nothing that comes to the top of my head

It has been a great solution for backing up M365 data. We have been using it for laptop back up for years and has been working smoothly for all our users.
Druva allows us to worry a lot less about out Office 365 backups. They just work now. In the past we would constantly have to futz with Veeam 365 backup and never did have it completely up and running properly. Druva on the other hand was up and running in 1 day with the exceptional support of the Druva Team, and we have literally not had to touch the configuration since (other than to do general testing and recovery work)
When I have had to actually recover files or emails from Druva, I have always found what I needed and its always worked 100%. The whole process is super clear, easy and quick. This is much appreciated compared to many other data recovery tools.

We want a solution that is more agile and dynamic so we can mitigate external cyber threats and quickly recover from them in the event of a cyberattack. Staying ahead of the game is what we aim for. We want solutions that can quickly adapt to the latest changes in data protection, security, and recovery.
Pros
Some of the best benefits of using Druva Data Resiliency Cloud are its ability to quickly recover from a ransomware attack. By employing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning-based monitoring, Druva Data Resiliency Cloud can quickly detect and resolve nefarious threats so it can minimize damage to corporate IT infrastructure.
I also love the ease of scaling up to expand services with ease. This is accomplished by employing Software-as-a-Service technology so it does not require physical hardware or costly maintenance. By lowering the cost, it allows customers to make the most of what the add-on.
If that was not good enough, Druva Data Resiliency Cloud stands by their word by offering an industry-leading data resiliency guarantee of up to $10-million. This would not be offered if Druva did not truly believe in their products and solutions. Give it a try; you may just make the switch after experiencing Druva Data Resiliency Cloud yourself!
Cons
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud can offer more a la carte options so we can better customize their solutions to our needs.
Offer more price points for companies who have stricter budgets.
Create more SaaS solutions to better suit industry sector needs.
Likelihood to Recommend
The Druva Data Resiliency Cloud platform is an outstanding comprehensive solution that can resolve multiple pain points from data security, protection, and recovery. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud covers all of the critical bases any company would need to remain nimble and agile in today's modern world. it is very helpful for new device restores or for users with missing or deleted files. Recovering missing or deleted files from cloud resources like OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, Microsoft Teams, Groups, and Public folders. Recovering files from accounts that are no longer associated due to legal cases and purposes.
