I use Dropbox in my digital and brick and Mortar Business to store my my digital SVG, PNG and work documents. I love using Dropbox because I can access any and all of my documents on the go form anywhere. Dropbox is so very convenient and I do not have to worry about running out of storage space with other storage software.

Dropbox is the best file sharing application for my everyday personal and professional needs. I love that it is an online service that can seamlessly be integrated / downloaded to my computer and also just store files online that I don't need to use every day. It it very user friendly and I never have to think about how to use Dropbox- very intuitive.
Pros
online storage
File-sharing
user friendly

Easy file sharing with people who don't have Dropbox. It's also the best way to keep up-to-date with phone storage with your pictures - it's easy to upload everything to Dropbox and delete files on your phone. It a bit tricky to have shared files that you are still working on with people.
I use Dropbox for the large files required in my industry of book publishing. Generally speaking I am very happy with what the account gives and supports me with. Sometimes I get confused with transmission of files, and that is becoming increasingly difficult as all of the other systems I use in IT make an unfortunate turn to AI add-ons which I find utterly confusing and counter intuitive. But Dropbox in broader terms makes my working days much smoother. Thank you.
Pros
Dropbox Transfer is impeccable as a mode of transmission.
Storing VERY BIG FILES (I have many!)
working in with my computing needs and storage.
Cons
Managing an order in Dropbox with folders and sub-sets is something I find a bit daunting and confusing.
Ways to keep the larger picture on file and folder systems would be helpful.
Otherwise I am happy after four years of using Dropbox.
Dropbox was initially a personal solution, born out of frustration after losing a hard drive containing all my data. That was in 2008. By 2013, I had launched a small business, and Dropbox was my vault! I have 17 years of experience with their sustainability, tech support, customer service, including my panic moments when they rescued my data from a mistaken deletion, advice on my growth, and storage size. My company and I have truly tested them, and honestly, I wouldn't trust anyone else to store my data. There are no ghosts, just real people ready to help whenever you need it. Now let's talk budget. I, along with many of the clients that I serve, are entrepreneurs, consultants, startups, and very small businesses. Dropbox is perfect for all! This is a low-budget service with high-value security. You can grow your bill when your business grows. Management of documents, folders, graphics, videos, and any other digital asset is extremely easy to work with, change, edit, and share. If you can navigate Windows, you can navigate Dropbox. So, 10 out of 10, 5 stars, Dropbox is the winner!
Pros
Document Management.
Team Sharing and Collaboration.
Information Security.
Customer Support.
Technical Support.
Cons
Honestly, can't think of anything.

Dropbox is great for everyone. Data on a hard drive is no longer secure. Learned the hard way when a hard drive fried. It's great for families, students, artists, entrepreneurs, consultants, small businesses, startups, graphic designers, and photographers. Did I leave anyone out?
I store all the files that I need to share with collaborators and clients on Dropbox. I use the Replay function to receive feedback on videos.
Pros
Share big files.
Request files.
Collect feedbacks on videos.
Cons
Folder sync with local folders.
Desktop App with more features.
Likelihood to Recommend
Perfect for sharing large and small files quickly and safely with clients, colleagues, and family. Clear interface. Does not support sync with several local folders on the desktop. Great for backup storage. Now, that's the best option for a desktop computer I have found that works with my MacBook Pro, and I think it’s great for the laptop. I believe I can use a laptop as my primary computer, and I think I have a good option.

Pretty good, not the best, but the more you pay, the more you get. I have NO use for "signatures," I need a FAST "cloud" storage to share with my colleagues. It would be nice to get it for cheape,r as it's NOT as "fast" as it should be. There are some interface issues that I don't like. It's a "decent" solution, but could be WAY better, faster, and EASIER to use in my opinion.
Pros
Large Capacity online storage.
Decent speed of downloads.
I like the "favorite" star function.
Cons
Uploads sometimes crash.
Option to download multiple files WITHOUT having to .zip them.
Upload speeds need to be faster.

The team's plan is good for storing a large number of files and for sorting what is only viewable to me and what I want to make accessible to other team members. The ability to keep things organized is also a big plus. Keeping large files for sharing is another benefit; limiting me to only small files won't work for me, and that's what the Teams plan allows.
To prepare content for publication in a quarterly magazine, we use Dropbox to share files between the editor and graphic/web designer. We also use Dropbox to prepare items for posting on our social media platforms. it's easy to see which files have been accessed and/or are scheduled for publication by looking at the time stamp and by renaming the file with a notation as to whether it's been scheduled or published.
Pros
Create a cataloguing site
Share files between individuals
create folders for separating files by topics
Cons
It would be great if I could tag some files as favorites so I can go right to them
I'd love to have a shared space that offers live access between/among designated individuals
Likelihood to Recommend
Dropbox is helpful when a small group of specific individuals need access to content. Keeping the number of individuals who are entitled to access specific files, allows for a clear understanding of who has seen what. Dropbox is not appropriate for large group access. It is difficult to maintain control of content with large groups have access.

I mostly use it to store novel manuscript I'm editing for clients so they can access them and work on them when I've done each individual edit. Because we both have the same copies on our own computers it makes it easier to coordinate.
Pros
We're able to retain copies at various stages of the edit so we can refer back.
Allows us both to work in our own Microsoft Word environment with track changes.
Also allows the sharing of contract details without using email.
Cons
Sometimes we have problems with the sync feature, usually due to the program hasn't restarted with a reboot.
Likelihood to Recommend
It works well for co-writing and collaboration although I am recently trying Basecamp which does that and a whole lot more.
I use Dropbox to manage all my work and personal files - I do not store anything outside of Dropbox. It allows me to access all work and personal files from my home computer, cell phone, tablet, and other devices. I also utilize the share capabilities when sharing documents with my family, accountant, and others.
Pros
Access to all my files from all my devices.
Share folders and files.
Store all my photos and videos.
Cons
Getting notifications when people see the files I share.
Remind me to turn off access to folders.
Help me clean up the photos from my phone uploads - I have a lot of photos that I should delete.
Likelihood to Recommend
Access to all my files and folders from all my devices. Ability to share folders with a 3rd party and terminate access when I am done sharing. Uploading all my photos and videos.
