Also, it keeps communication between users and certain files easy and keeps any minor hiccups at bay. Altogether DocSend has been a great help for myself and daily tasks.

DocSend would not be suitable for a company that still uses paper records or has a smaller team compared to other businesses.

This really helps gauge the interest of readers in the doc, the persona [who] is interested in the docs, and especially which sections are more helpful to the team.
