Simplest and most efficient scheduler!
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I mainly use Doodle to schedule a meeting time that works best for all team members; I send out a Doodle link which takes members to a few meeting options. Upon voting for their preferred times/dates, I can easily select the most suitable option. Currently, I am conducting interviews with over 200 fellows across Africa. I use Doodle to schedule interview times with each of them, across time zones.

What once was the best is now the worst

I've been a Doodle user for a decade, for my company, and as a Volunteer in a number of philanthropic/non-profit organizations. Until April 2022. Never. Again. The "improvements" for the most recent survey were SO awful I am gone forever. Pop-ups every 5 seconds, 2/3 of the screen was ads on both sides of the dates. The new layout is VERY difficult to see/navigate and even more difficult to see who else has selected particular date. The original grid format and options (maybe, why not, etc.) have vanished - or have become so obscure that they're "gone." I'm not alone. Many of my colleagues reacted in disgust and horror and our CFO is actively looking for a user-friendly (as Doodle once was) alternative. This shows that, once again, a wholly new format was launched without any feedback or input from regular, long-time users.

I need help with LOGIN - Doodle will not allow me to login to my account.
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Doodle to schedule meetings of the association's Board and committees. It saves on a lot of emails and phone calls to determine when the majority of people will be available for a meeting.

- Polls groups for availability.
Cons
- The only problem I'm having is with the log-in. It will not allow me to log in and I have current polls collecting availability that I need access to for scheduling.

Pros
- Provides opportunity for quick e-learning videos to be uploaded for easy access.
- Provides you with great selection of backgrounds, characters and props.
- Ease of use is truly an asset of this program
Cons
- I wish that it offered more options in backgrounds, characters and props without having an additional cost, but that is to be expected.
- I would like an easier way to add my own fonts, characters , props etc, because I am a new learner this may not be an issue as I get more familiar with the software.
- I don't like all the sales emails I received trying to upgrade or add to my purchase.
