Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use DonorDock to communicate with donors via email and text, to run reports, and to record donation data. We were searching for a CRM with an automated email feature to streamline our workflow for the team. When we found out that DonorDock has this feature, we were thrilled to make the switch.

Likelihood to Recommend
DonorDock's customer service team is excellent. From the initial contact with the sales team, through the onboarding process with the education team, to the data imports, everyone is very supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive. I couldn't be happier throughout the whole process. For example, when I was doing the data imports, Carolyn was very helpful. We had a virtual meeting, and she guided me through the steps. When I was importing the data on my own, some problems occurred, and she quickly identified the issue and helped me adjust my data for a successful import!
