The multiple OS and platform support of $Universe is wonderful.
It is easy to configure and reliable, the performance is also good.
It provides centralized explorer and management UI, making the monitoring and maintenance much easier.

Cons

Maybe UI can be further improved to be more intuitive and user friendly.
