We use Docebo for both internal and external training. For internal, this focuses on skill (transferrable, non-transferrable, and soft) development as well as compliance training. For external, we provide training that is focused on our products and solutions. The fact that we are able to pick and choose what each learner type is able to see is a huge benefit.

We used it as a LMS for participants in the UN Global Compact. It was used by employees of companies from all over the world. Also internal staff would use it for onboarding. Then also prospects to the UNGC would also use it but a smaller version that the larger version that the paid people would use.

We mostly use Docebo Learning Platform to host our courses created in articulate and our recording of live webinars. about 100 users a month. We use ILT function as well about 3 times a year.
Pros
- Loading in course material
- help desk is good
Cons
- some action can be cumbersome. Like creating certificates.
- could be easier to cutomize as needed
- more basic features without having to pay for it like a sandbox to test things

- It's getting really expensive. As a non-profit company we struggle to justify the expense
- itis easy to work with most of the time.

Docebo Learning Platform is our learning management system. We use it to load eLearning SCORM files, track learner activity, and send messages to learners regarding their training. We also house training documents on the platform.

- Reporting learner completion
- Allows administrators to log in as users or example user profiles for troubleshooting or demonstration purposes
- Relatively easy to navigate as an administrator
Cons
- No gamification or AI coaching tools
- Difficult for managers to view their team's upcoming training
- No adaptive learning options
- Very expensive
- Hard to find reporting on individual learner progression
- In my opinion, content library provider is awful
- I think the Searchability is severely lacking
