In my opinion, content library provider is awful
I think the Searchability is severely lacking

Docebo Learning Platform is a nice-looking platform - definitely not as sleek as some, but impressive for an organization that has never used an LMS or has used a really old LMS. It has helped our company roll out an LMS and users find it friendly to navigate.

I used to recruit for an Electronics manufacturing company. The challenge we faced our recruit needed to be adept in electronic products like TV, refrigerators etc. before even sitting in front of my client. But as my country people are weak in English so the technical specifications were a bit difficult for them to absorb. Moreover, it was difficult to train new candidates each time. So we created relevant courses to help our candidates prepare for the interview. I particularly liked Docebo as it allowed me to reuse my ppts without hassle. Which was a great time saver.
Pros
PPT import feature is my favorite. It will let you use your existing materials without a hiccup
The UI is clean and intuitive. My audience was able to use most of the features with ease
All learning analytics are easy to use and analyze offline easily
Using the Linkedin Learning inside the platform gave us some time to come up with our own content, as we weren't sitting duck on an empty LMS
Cons
Docebo price is still not affordable for small organization
I would love it if Docebo allowed live training and keep them recorded for future reference
The system is still not open enough to collaborate with my recruiting-client's trainer for direct management of their content

The solutions are really great for large organizations. Cost will be much lower and your cost to benefit ratio will be much higher but for a startup like ours, it's still a burden to carry such overhead for long. If you come from a large organization it is a better choice than all other options out there as you can minimize the cost by not carrying a large development team to include the latest features. Docebo has most of the things you can think of and even more.
Docebo is being used across the organization globally! It addresses all of our learning and training needs.
Pros
Good user interface
Managing Courses / Content
Provides a whole-istic view of training from corporate to career
Cons
Marking training as complete once a user has completed fully
On-the-go Course Access
Support

If you are looking for customization and control of a platform Docebo is for you! If you are looking for automated emails/communication, I think this is a fail, as there are bugs with this which cause confusion, a lot. Communication is key!

It has no great room for improvement.

We use Docebo [Learning Suite] across all departments for core learning such as safety, code of conduct, anti-harassment trainings but also for regulatory and industry related learnings that may be segmented throughout our businesses. We do additionally use the platform to host our employee resource group activities and other non-required trainings that employees may want to take as on-demand content offerings.
Pros
Creation of curated learning paths
Ability to pull in content from a variety of sources
Auto assignment of users to paths
User experience of home page
Cons
Manual enrollment of users to new paths
Feeds from HRIS can be finicky
Tracking user engagement and completion is not as quick as I'd like
Likelihood to Recommend
Docebo [Learning Suite] is a great tool for hosting content when you have a clear idea and path of how you want your users to engage. Essentially, the UI and experience is beautiful and the navigation for users really beats out many other learning platforms but you need to be very deliberate in designing the paths for employees to take. You cannot expect employees and users to intuitively figure out what they need to do within the system. This is a key drawback. What I love is content curation from external sites such as youtube, linkedin, and uploaded videos that can launch all within Docebo -that for us is key to track how much engagement were getting where we couldn't have that on our previous platform.

We use Docebo for online learning for training of our customers on our technology in addition to in person training.
Pros
Incorporate your own branding
Accepts different formats of elearning courses (scorm, videos, documents, etc)
added functionality such as Social learning, iLT, viLT, certfications and retraining
Cons
Service and support
The LMS is glitchy
The company as a whole lacks a fine finish. It is 3 star in all categories and can't achieve excellence
Likelihood to Recommend
It is a good LMS if you have industrial or corporate customers where you need to incorporate your own branding. It is not as appropriate for education or government customers. It has a wide variety of functionality such as Social learning, certifications and retraining, vILT, webinar which is nice to expand capability.
Docebo is being used by the entire organization. Individual departments have used it to customize their training requirements. It is a good tool where a library of training, videos, and other information can be stored. Video links can be stored from youtube and other websites. Training data can be stored in different formats like PDF, PPT, SCORM, etc. Besides being a good library, Docebo has also acted as a good communication tool. Manual training lists, email signup sheets have been eliminated.
Pros
I really liked the user training in Docebo. It shows how users can access different modules.
Training reports.
The cloud-based system allows you to connect from anywhere.
Cons
Issues with latency. Once training is complete, it takes a while for it to show up in personal records. This can lead to frustration sometimes when one training is a prerequisite for another.
LMS admin cannot proxy into another user's account.
Training videos have a size limit.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is a good tool that helps design the training curriculum. It is easy to set up reminders when courses are overdue and run various reports. There is an issue with system latency, especially with video training. After the video is complete, and if you click exit, the status does not update under my records. There are times when the user can click on a video and work on other tabs. There should be functionality where the video stops when the Docebo page is not being accessed.
This tool is being used in all departments for all learning, as Docebo increases the motivation of employees to learn. Docebo allows me to give online courses to all employees of the company, on topics of interest such as sales, marketing, and others. Best of all, it has interfaces for video conferences, and you can track the courses.
Pros
Helps learning and team training.
Reduces work time
Reduces costs in very expensive courses.
The platform is based on a cloud which helps you save everything and share.
You can manage and direct the courses online.
It allows you to follow up on certifications
Your staff will be prepared professionally
Cons
The courses are not recognized in some universities
The files are very heavy, which means that sometimes the program does not respond with the desired speed
Without internet it does not work as we wish
Likelihood to Recommend
Docebo is very well suited to all those companies that need to be constantly updated on issues, such as sales or technology, because through this tool you can have your person updated on specific topics. Docebo Learn is driven by artificial intelligence, which makes your work faster and easier to find. It is a very didactic tool--you can make video conferences, chat, and forums. It also allows you to evaluate the skills and knowledge of your employees.
Docebo is the LMS we use for our Conga University site, which supports employee, customer, and partner training.
Pros
The user interface is well designed and for the most part very intuitive.
Administration is fairly straight forward - I've used other LMSs that require intense concentration and pages of written notes to remember how to create and deploy a course - this is not the case with Docebo.
Docebo is an open system that has many integrations.
Cons
The new certification module is not very robust. To me this is typical of many of their modules/apps you can integrate into the system. to say the least, they leave much to be desired (for example, I never could get eCommerce to work properly).
Support has been truly awful the last few weeks - not only am i not getting timely responses, but i am not getting helpful responses. Functionality I paid for does not work and support, when they respond, seem to be at a loss as to how to help me.
Easier to customize and a more consistent experience across the product.
In three years I do not believe they have implemented any of my feature requests. It is a shame because many of their new features seem to have a lot of potential, but after I get in and use.
It feels a bit like Docebo is "nickel and diming." Some of the paid apps seem to be functionality that should be included in the basic subscription (eCommerce, gamification, having an https domain, etc.).
Likelihood to Recommend
If you need to get up and running quickly with an online training system, are okay with mediocre functionality, and want to use course content from their marketplace, Docebo is a good option. If you want a more powerful system and good support, then I do not recommend Docebo.
We are a consulting company that represents Docebo in Brazil. We sell, deploy and support technically the platform for our customers. We have choosen Docebo after studying 4 or 5 similar solutions. Actually Docebo is used to support e-Learning projects for different types of demands and/or industries.
Pros
Ease-of-use: very friendly, intuitive, simple processes for administration.
Flexible and simple content publishing: easy to manage learning plans, upload learning content in several formats, assessment/testing creation/control.
Modular features: allow to activate/dactivate features, some of them are paid. Very useful to set up the platform accordingly.
Cons
I believe the pricing positioning could be improved, specially to support projects with more than 350 active users.
It would be great if the product had an integrated authoring tool to create more compelling learning content inside the platform. Today it is possible to convert PPT files or upload videos.
The Brazilian Portuguese version could be improved. It is possible to apply adjustments using the translation tool, but a few resources are always in English.
Likelihood to Recommend
Extremely well suited for simple projects, when the customer process is simple or there is no process. It is less appropriate for complex projects, when software customizations may be needed (they are possible but costs may increase a lot).
