Dice is the best sourcing platform I have used in my 7 years of experience. Dice helps me to source the profiles and have lots of filter options compared to any other job boards. On my day to day activities I prefer to source the profiles in Dice and I met my targets.

- Make the candidate contact details field mandatory while uploading the resume
- Need to add multiple location filed. I helps to source the profiles in different states or cities.
Likelihood to Recommend
When I get the job from the client I usually inform my team mate or colleagues to source in Dice where we can get the profile within the turn around time compared to other job search portals. Similarly It helps to get the independent resume on W2 and the filter works perfectly.
