we use Dice.com for job posting, sourcing the resume and review the resume through ceipal ATS. Mostly it perform well in sourcing the resume using specific location though Boolean search or strings. posting of job with very rare skill is easy to source resume. the best part is the filtration process which is unique compare to other portal

In the regular basis i am using Dice.com, when i get the requirement i choose Dice.com only to get the profile and i don't face any problem in Dice.com portal, even it is very easy and to get the resume. in the Dice.com we can see some filter like location, work authorization, experience, it will use filter the resume to get exact match profiles.
