A great surprise for Trainers

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The software was implemented for one of our campaigns; it was provided directly by the customer. In this specific case, it was a private package delivery company. I was trained in the use of the software and after giving training to the users in the campaign, the aim was mostly to keep track of the vehicle fleet of the customer and the new ones that could arrive.

Pros

  • Easy implementation
  • Excellent tracking
  • Variety of payment methods
  • Friendly interface

Cons

  • Synchronisation may fail at times.
  • Graphic designed could be more attractive as it feels dull at the time.
  • Security options could be higher.

Most Important Features

  • Implementation
  • Cost
  • Tracking capabilities

Return on Investment

  • Lower training times - positive.
  • Easy of use for new agents - positive.
  • Synchronizing issues - negative.
