DeskRoll Remote Desktop

DeskRoll Remote Desktop was very helpful when we went on lockdown due to the pandemic. We installed this in our office PCs so that we were able to access work documents from home. We've used many remote services before but this one worked the best for us - we were able to remotely access our QuickBooks Desktop account without having to install various versions on different PCs, this allowed us to print checks from home and continue business seamlessly. This saved us the additional costs of paying for Microsoft licenses for each individual computer. Thanks to DeskRoll Remote Desktop, it was like we never left the office.

During the pandemic, our company worked remotely. Various staff in our company had technical difficulties or needed assistance installing software in order to work. Rather than deal with the aggravation of trying to walk someone through something over the phone, we were able to get things established in a simple, easy way.

I currently use DeskRoll Remote Desktop for accessing different types of personal computers at different organizations with my clients, to troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely. It really saves time and resources because of the ability to remote in at any computer. Clients like it because I can remote in at night when they are not using their computers.

DeskRoll Remote Desktop is well suited for consultant and remote support. It's less appropriate for clients worried about security and anytime remote access.
