Delibr Delivers
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We have started using Delibr for writing and organizing our documentation, and it's being used across departments at EverTrue to house requirements, meeting notes, planning, etc. We have used Confluence and Google Docs in the past but have found Delibr is easier to use and our documents are more discoverable. We also like the templates for standardizing our process a bit more formally.
Pros
- Great, easy to use templates.
- Quick formatting features.
- Decision making tools.
Cons
- I'd like to see a folder or tagging option for better organization across teams.
Likelihood to Recommend
Delibr is great for tracking customer feedback and sharing specific sections of a document with stakeholders. It has useful formatting tools and decision tracking that can be embedded right into the document so you can revisit when/why something was decided. Collaboration tools are easy to use and intuitive. I've found it helpful for requirements, planning, feedback sessions, and support/technical documentation for internal users.
