DeepScribe is an AI-powered medical scribe that captures patient encounters in real time and automates medical documentation, allowing physicians to focus on patient care instead of note-taking. Through an enterprise-grade secure iOS app downloaded on the providers preferred device, the technology is able to listen to a patient conversation and produce a transcription of the encounter. Next, the AI solution extracts the medically relevant information, classifies it into a standard SOAP note, and then integrates that note directly into the EHR's discrete fields.
