Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used as our timekeeping platform across the whole organization.

Pros

Easy to use.
Lots of dimensions for projects.
Real time PTO tracking and time-off requests.

Cons

The site is pretty plain and boring to look at.
I hear there is a mobile app in the works?

Easy to use with lots of customization. The PTO request and calendar is a great tool with real-time balances easy to access. The validation table is large enough to handle hundreds of projects with dozens of sub-categories. We also like the ability to send notices on our own schedule.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used all over the organization. It allows the timely submission of timesheets because of the ability to submit from a mobile phone.

Pros

I can use a mobile phone to submit timesheets.
The approver can approve from a mobile phone.
Can force organization policies in the system.
Notify users about holidays.

Cons

If changes happened to the employee setup you have to contact the Support team to fix it. Like a change in location.

Likelihood to Recommend

You can force your policies. It is easy to use. Same as other systems since you have to plug to an accounting system, you have to be aware of the other system's limitations so you know which features you can use in DATABASICS.
