Dashlane use in a small nonprofit.
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
All our staff use Dashlane Password Manager to store log-ins and passwords. We use it to share passwords for sites that require access by multiple staff members. As all our staff work remotely, Dashlane is ideal for securely sharing information with colleagues nationwide.
Pros
- Safely store passwords.
- Allows multiple types of access to shared passwords.
- Streamlines logins' to sites, saving time and frustration.
Cons
- Using the mobile app is not as streamlined as the desktop version.
- Using the mobile app to access apps on my phone is not 100% successful.
Likelihood to Recommend
Dashlane works exceptionally well for managing access to important sites and makes it very easy to remove access when an employee leaves the organization. Since implementing it at work, I have purchased a family plan to use at home as well.
