We're a growing business with lots of new customers and suppliers. D & B helps us establish credit and vet potential customers. We set up a D & B account to help clean up some information relating to our business so that others can see us a trust worthy customer. D&B support is good and the pricing is fair.

We had a supplier only issues if 5 K credit for 30 days when we needed 50 K. They explained that the issue was relating to our D&B score. We worked with D & B to resolve some outstanding issues on our account and get the credit issued that we needed.

The product is fantastic! I love how I can keep an eye on my business credit. I can easily upload invoices and statements, and it’s completely separate from my personal credit. It’s the best tool for getting credit loans from other companies, especially for large corporations. I’d highly recommend it to any business owner—you won’t be disappointed! D&B Credit Insights allows an organization to improve their credit score. It is great for companies who already have established credit terms but may not have kept up with improving their D&B scores. Small companies may find D&B Credit Insights challenging because it requires established credit relationships with vendors. It can be challenging to have D&B approve your documentation as a small business.

At Vital Lyfe, we use D&B Credit Insights as a core tool in our credit risk and vendor management workflows. It provides real-time access to credit scores, payment history, and risk alerts on both customers and suppliers. This allows our finance and operations teams to make informed decisions before extending credit terms, entering into supplier agreements, or onboarding new business partners.

D&B Credit Insights is most valuable in decisions involving financial exposure (credit terms, large supplier contracts, or collections), and less useful where relationships are low-risk, short-term, or outside its strongest geographic coverage.

D&B Credit Insights Basic helped me understand my credit profile better. It allowed me to view my credit the way lenders view me. It also helped me to develop a strategy when extending credit to my clients. I purchased D&B Credit Insights Basic to enhance my creditworthiness and improve my chances of getting paid when extending credit to clients.

D&B Credit Insights Basic was well-suited for understanding my credit profile. It was also well-suited for applying for new credit lines and improving my web presence. The product helped me to focus on my business credit and rely less on my personal credit. I found that D&B Credit Insights Basic was unable to assist me in underwriting my clients. I was required to upgrade from my $49 subscription, which I wasn't seeing too much value out of, to a high plan. Basic is not a good option if you are trying to underwrite and run credit reports for new business clients.

I have been in business for 4 years, had a D&B number, but never really knew what it was for or how best to utilize it. That is, not until I was denied for a loan due to not having a D&B score. I have been using D&B Credit Insights for about 2 weeks now and have already seen my score increase! The welcome call from D&B also gave me a lot of insight on how to make my profile strong and make all of things that I already do, actually count and work for me. Being a very small business owner, there is such a great advantage to having a strong financial profile. D&B Credit Insights is essential to any small business. They have provided me with the resources for my business to have a strong financial profile, ultimately making my business more powerful and more secure.

We didn't have much business credit history even though we have been in business or 3 years. We didn't really know where to start and D&B Credit Insights helped! We signed up and started submitting credit history and immediately started seeing our scores go up. I am certain that as we continue adding credit history our scores will continue to increase.

If you are looking to view and/or improve your business credit, then it is a useful tool.

We use this product to know our rating so we can have access to capital solutions if necessary

Its well suited for business and individuals that need accurate information on their credit standing to get funding for growth like needing equipment, etc. I do not think this would be necessary for businesses that have funding options available or a well established relationship with their bank.

Needed to download a report to include in a client proposal which required me to pay for a subscription for one month. Other than using it to download a report, it's not a product we would regularly use due to the nature of our clients and business.

Again, I don't think we are the business that needs this type of service but it could be useful to someone that deals with a lot of clients or vendors
