Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We implemented engagement surveys, we received the results, once we reviewed we put working groups together for keys areas we want to improve based on the survey results. We send out quarterly pulse surveys for these areas and use CultureIQ for onboarding and exit surveys.

- I don’t like needing 4 responses before seeing results.
- I feel functionality for quick surveys can be improved.
- Assistance on more best practices.
Likelihood to Recommend
Engagement-monitoring and putting actions into place has been key for our company. We are seeing teams collaborating throughout the organization based on results and fixes we have put into place with this product.
