  • Easy to draft messages
  • Great reporting and accountability
  • 2-way "get word back" function is perfect

  • Would love to see message library updated with smarter examples of threats

Return on Investment

  • Without it I wouldn't have a security business case
  • Employees demand this type of service exist
  • In a cyber incident you need this kind of out of band mechanism to communicate

  • Easy to set up
  • Easy to update
  • Easy to download and upload data

Cons

  • Some of the extended options can be confusing, but they've provided definitions that appear when you linger on an option. That's helpful, but the extended options interactions can still be a little confusing.
  • I'd like to be able to share the complete notification process with users as a reference guide, I don't think that's available.
