Pros
- ContractHero's task management enables team colaboration and when it comes to contract management it is a game-changer. It allows us to seamlessly route contracts through the team, reducing bottlenecks and ensuring timely approvals.
- The software's field construction kit helps us to adjust the tool to any kind of contract.
- The user permission settings provide a layer of security,and peace of mind. Without it, we could not use a software solution for contract management.
Cons
- While the reporting features are robust, creating highly customized reports can be a bit challenging. More flexibility in report customization would be a welcome improvement
- Customizing the Dashboard would be amazing, so i see the information that i am interested in
- The API documentation, while functional, could be extended, currently not many are available. More integrations are on the roadmap though
