Good CRM with different tools!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

CRM helps us with current clients, whether it is submitting tickets, getting a hold of the right contact, or even to review payments.

Pros

  • contacting the right person from a company
  • showing sells opportunities
  • showing all lost and won opps

Cons

  • filtering out opps and dates better to where they are searchable
  • being more user friendly
  • updating new features more frequently
  • updating the search tab to where its easier to find companies and contacts

Likelihood to Recommend

As far as finding a company its a little easier than figuring out what we do for that company. We have opportunities in ConnectWise Asio and its hard to search what year it was a lost opp.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ConnectWise Asio is used for all of our clients. The scope is around 10K endpoints and 400 customers. All of them are monitored by the platform to let us know if patching is needed or the patches went through successfully. It also allows for automation such as scripting to keep customers in compliance with things like CMMC and NIST frameworks. Overall, it is a popular tool with MSSPs for a reason and we continue to use it to keep customers secure.

Pros

  • Good for Patching endpoints
  • Excellent for staying withing CMMC and NIST frameworks
  • Allows us to easily remote into Endpoints to troubleshoot computer issues.

Cons

  • Lacks integration with several of the popular tools in our stack.
  • Doesn't have as many AI tools as you would expect.
  • ServiceNow has many more modules for customizing.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited if you are just getting started in the MSP world. It is easy to setup and easy for technicians to understand. Technicians can be trained to use the systems in a matter of just a day. Dashboards help us track our goals and KPIs. ServiceNow works better from a security incident perspective. The mobile client allows you to stay fully connected no matter where you are so when a security incident happens you are in the loop.
