I utilize CompAnalyst on a regular basis when I need to find accurate compensation information in a particular geographical area within a specific discipline. I can customize my searches based on company size, industry and job family. It allows for more accurate job pricing to keep us competitive in both rural and urban markets across several regions.

  • As one of the first compensation management software solutions in the market, CompAnalyst excels in managing survey data and market composites. The system is intuitive and user-friendly, and the development team is always looking for new ways to enhance system functionalities.

  • I would like to see additional customization options in the software's application widgets.
  • Some competitors offer the ability for customers to see real-time pay data from their customer base. This is a feature I would like to see in CompAnalyst.
  • Some user interfaces in the software still need to be updated, but the team is doing an excellent job rolling out new features and updating the tool.
