Business Problems Solved
Cloze has proven to be a valuable tool for organizing and managing interactions, making it effective for catching and categorizing leads. Users appreciate its scheduling and reminder system, which helps them stay organized and accountable when following up with clients. Additionally, Cloze merges contacts together, even if they are unrelated, creating a unified contact with combined information. This feature is particularly beneficial for small businesses starting out on their CRM journey, as it allows them to scale their operations to meet revenue targets and manage product growth. While team members may require some self-training to understand how Cloze works, users find it helpful in tracking client sessions, customizing follow-ups, and setting new reminders for unresponsive clients. Cloze provides a high-level view of everything, acting as a personal assistant by cutting out redundancies and simplifying communication tracking. It is ideal for managing tasks, improving client communication, and reducing data entry time. Users highly recommend Cloze for both work and personal use.
I use Cloze to keep my real estate business running smoothly. It organizes my clients, vendors, deals and emails. Recently I’ve begun to use the campaign function and have found it a real time saver. I especially like how it allows me to link emails with my Deals and clients. No more wasted time searching through volumes of emails to find a relevant detail. I’ve tried other programs but nothing pulls it all together like Cloze.
Pros
Organizes data
Offers value
Gathers all emails from multiple places
Cons
Pull all the web based functions into the mobile app
Give the ability to see the names of custom templates when selecting them in sending emails

Successful real estate agents depend on staying organized. This tool truly helps.
Cloze Software has some good features set up. The biggest issue is that they have smart features set up in their CRM which most of the time is great but we have asked Cloze to turn off those features on our account and in our experience, they refused to do so. The problem we keep having and have had for 3 or 4 years is that when Cloze software feels that two contacts are the same (even though the name, phone number, email address, and business name have no indicators that they are affiliated) Cloze will merge them into a single contact automatically without asking if we want to merge them or not. So Cloze tried to fix it but it's on a case-by-case situation where they go into the coding and put in blocks so two contacts won't merge any longer. Instead of doing what we ask and that stops the AI. When we show Cloze what is happening they tell us that we can fix those. But in order to do so, you have to remove the contacts and info that doesn't belong in the one contact and turn it back to the original contact. Now the bigger issue is when you go in to merge the information and names that don't belong in the merged contact that information gets dropped back into Cloze without the original contact name, all the notes and info you had associated with that contact are no longer affiliated and you have to basically rebuild those contacts again. When we try to explain everything to Cloze I feel like they just ignore us, they have been doing it for some time and we are done dealing with them.
Pros
Easy to use
Auto populates contacts upon send or receive of email
Is a simple system
Cons
Contacts merge without user's permission.
Cloze auto merges contacts and you have to go split them back apart if they don't belong.
Support is terrible in my opinion. I feel they won't and don't listen to your problem or solve it, they tell you how they use it and that is the way things are. I don't believe they are not here to help you, all they care about is $$$$$.
They don't offer phone support unless you want to spend $250 a month or have 10+ users on your account. They started that 2 years after we signed up with them.
Their support is sending you instructions they have posted on the website, and in my experience, if you don't understand what they sent they will not offer to do a screen share session to help you better understand what they are talking about.

It's ok for personal use but for business use, it is begging to become a terrible system. We used it for 5 years and after that, we have decided to move to a different system, upon export of the information we started looking at and our database of contacts was so messed up with contacts merged together that don't belong together. So as our database was so corrupted we had to start over with new contact lists and rebuild everything again. I would not recommend this software unless you have your own IT department that can fix things themselves.
It's being used across the entire organization, the business problems that it solves for us are email management and CRM. It allows us to share contact information, deal information, work on the same contacts while keeping all data up to date, it [also] allows us to work as a team without having to redo the work all the time.
Pros
Contact management
Contact enrichment
Email management
Cons
Automated decisions need to be much better
User interface needs to improve dramatically
Navigating back and forth from the different panels

Cloze makes automatic decisions that often make no sense and you don't discover those mistakes unless it's too late. I would prefer Cloze to be less "Intelligent" and prompt the user more often to make specific decisions.
Cloze is a good tool as an email system with great analytics on the contacts and on the emails.
The user interface is far too full of information, it’s too much not to be distracted. It would be great if it was simplified.
I do not recommend it as a Sales CRM because it’s very complicated to manage the deals and the contacts involved in every deal.
First CRM I used to get my business up and running, 5 years ago. Still use it.
Pros
Automatically logs calls.
Automatically syncs related files, emails to contacts.
Mobile apps is feature rich.
Reliable, with no found bugs.
Cons
Not good as a comprehensive project management tool.
Likelihood to Recommend
Great for sole business owners and salespeople who use Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive in a business and want automatic touchpoint reminders with all prospects, clients, suppliers, etc. This helps as a quasi admin assistant.
More importantly, Cloze will help to keep good records over the entire history of contacts without the need for unnecessary manual input!
