Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ClickPost has made our lives easier than ever before. From logistic analysis to courier partner performance tracking the software covers it all for us on a single platform. It is a really good software for managing e-commerce logistics. The functionality of multi-carrier shipping, tracking, customer updates, and NDR management is impressive.

Pros

It's really easy to add/delete courier partners. Consumer communication is seamless as well.
The reliability because it is super fast & super simple at the same time. Decreases the time to market.
The courier allocation rules/recommendation rules - are smarter and more flexible than any other I have used in the market so far.

Cons

It makes users confuse sometimes because of too many levels if you are developing something
Less orders means high cost.
Shipment details sometime missed or gets delayed.

Click post provides easy integration with courier partners. Ideal for a company who don't have the resources to create and maintain integration with a courier partner. They have everything you need for a complete integration from order handling, tracking, and communicating to customers - email, message, or WhatsApp. Their support is great in that in case of issues, they would quickly help resolve them for you. Also, custom integration and companies' specific requirements are also handled by them.

I used it to work for the logistics industry previously and understand how big a struggle this could become when it comes to shipping economically, Click post is providing a platform where this makes life easier when business intelligence comes into play. You may define criticality, handling details, urgency, etc to choose the best shipping partner.

May be this could opt to bring in small time courier companies to maintain feasibility.

When it comes to various shipments to be dispatched to multiple locations, it is always very difficult to rely on people that expertise is minimum in the process, every company works for profits so it's better to use a platform that decides best as per your needs and provides very options.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Within my organization we used ClickPost for courier allocation and NDR Management. Along with these we also used ClickPost for courier tracking for our customers. It is very easy with ClickPost to integrate with any courier partner. This comes in handy as we don't have to do any changes at our end every time.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Was used for all shipment and tracking needs this particular software is excellent for tracking and shipping. It makes product shipping and tracking a breeze. You will not want to use any other software after using this. It automatically picks the best carrier and the best shipping routes. Packages are delivered much faster and the tracking is phenomenal.

This product ClickPost is well suited for all your real time sync and pick up. It does give you the option to drop pin codes with your shipping partner which makes the tracking process very smooth you always know where your packages are 100 percent of the time and the delivery rate is high. If you are not shipping or tracking lots of orders then this would not be well suited for you.
