Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Clearbooks is a SaaS accounting system for SMEs. It is used by the finance department and senior management. We have written our own internal systems and use the Clearbooks APIs to file client invoices into the accounts system. Accounts systems do not need an explanation.

Pros

SaaS, so accessible by anyone, anywhere in the world via a browser
Clear and straight forward navigation
Good choice of management reports

Cons

Like any SaaS product, Clearbooks is continuously evolving and being improved
Some of the reports still need some work

Likelihood to Recommend

Larger companies, multi-currency.
Clearbooks is in a competitive environment with Xero, SageOne, Freeagent, Intuit etc., etc.
