Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It has excel functionality that helps in data analysis. Clear Analytics has all data management tools that monitors behaviour across the entire enterprise. It gives us clear insights on what takes place within our business environment. It can transfer data and lublish it into our BI portal without any challenge. The excel functionalities features are easy to use and monitor the progress of data in our database.

All the excel features function effectively.
I have no additional feature that I can recommend.

Our company data has been controlled effectively since we secured this platform. It shares data securely to all departments without any failure. Any company member can access departmental data without requesting permission from anywhere. My marketing team finds it easy to analyse and save customers data using the excel tools. Marketing process has been easy since we can calculate the profit gains and the number of new customers consuming our products.

We use clear analytics to keep track of all of our analytics information. It has helped us gather and analyze our data in one location easily.

Pros

Excellent customer support, they are very helpful
The interface is pretty easy to use
Graphing is great for data visualization

Cons

They do not integrate with a lot of other software out there
Other than this i do not have a lot of complaints

I would definitely recommend this tool to others and specifically for those who have smaller businesses as the customer support is great and very helpful.

We have a huge amount of data that need to analyze either for observing the existing gap in process or for better decision making based on fact. At our client we use to analyze how the each step in the business operation consuming time to figure out the gaps and making those gaps optimize. So Clear Analytics helps the direct integration with existing data and same time publish the data to Power BI for visualize

Easy to integrate with multiple data source(Databases)
Combine or integrate the data from multiple data sources for reporting
best part is, same reports (Excel Report) can be visualize in the BI (Seamless Integration)

Cons

For Charts and Graphs , getting the Power Point Deck would be helpful. As of now we use the data from Excel Reports

We utilize Clear Analytics on a day-to-day basis for processing large sets of data. It enables us to have more organized data in a systematic manner which is easy to use and utilize for any analysis. It helps wrangle, filter, and visualize the data, which means the presentation of data becomes smoother and more effective.

During month-end closing, we utilize Clear Analytics for processing different financial reports, which are consolidated from multiple data sources to prepare the financial packages. It provides more organized and highly effective data which is easy to use and present to the leadership in the All-hands meetings. It directly integrates with the already set ERPs, especially Power BI and Excel.

This is a great tool because it is extremely flexible and has a lot of options for smaller businesses like ours. It easily lets us look at data and pull reports with out too much of an issue.

It does not have as many features as other platforms out there that could be missing.
There are not a lot of integrations so we need to manually connect a lot of things.

It is well suited for smaller businesses who need a flexible solution but do not need all the bells and whistles of a tool like Microsoft BI which is very powerful but expensive too.

As a company, we were heavily reliant on Excel and Google Sheets to store our data. We were using Charts and Analytics within Google Sheets and Excel for our reporting needs, but we've been in multiple situations where it was becoming overwhelming, but switching out of Excel was difficult for us. When we used Clear Analytics, it could allow us to run Custom Dashboards on top of our existing data sources without having to spend time and effort on migrating our data.

It's also very developer-friendly and supports integration with other development environments.

Mobile app access would be great
Feature to schedule reports would be amazing

Clear Analytics is super useful when we want to build dashboards on top of our existing Microsoft Excel data. We did not have to spend effort and time migrating our data into other BI & Analytics tools before we could extract the dashboard. It also integrated very well with Microsoft BI Tools.

Clear Analytics is a business intelligence and data management platform built on the concept of self-service data governance. Unlike the other similar BI solutions, it offers extraction of data from a wide variety of sources whether the data is stored in the cloud or on physical premises. It has the ability to transform the data for meaningful data analysis which can be converted into powerful visualizations. It offers a subscription plan for various editions such as Small Business and Team plans in which you can opt for the fixed monthly and yearly rates according to the requirements. It also offers the API integration feature in which users can easily integrate any 3rd party applications and tools. We are working on a large data analytics program where we are integrating multiple data sources into our platform for data analytics.

Cons

Addition of OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) is highly required.

Pricing plan for Team edition subscription.

Clear Analytics has almost all the features which are mostly required by the organizations for their data analytics and transformation activities. Clear Analytics is built on the support of a parallel query engine which makes it handle large volume requests and also provides optimized results. However, every solution has some limitations, Clear Analytics lacks advanced features such as Predictive Analytics which is a very demanding feature in the market as most organizations are adopting AI/ML automation for their businesses. Also, it needs to add a lot of advanced visualizations so that the user has the choice of selection. Overall a good solution to be recommended.

In our business, we use Clear Analytics to be able to get different reports on a variety of metrics and use this data to generate extensive and well-detailed analytics. We are able to use Excel in a different and more powerful way as Clear Analytics provides great tools to organize the data in Excel in a clearer way with no margin error because the automation directly extracts all the information from the spreadsheets or any other platform where the data is stored, as well as using it as an instrument to share data with different team members at the same time without there being issues on limited usage or editing, which is something essential for us because we have quite a few members working on data analysis which needs to work simultaneously!

Pros

Quick management of the data through Excel thanks to the tools Clear Analytics provides such as filtering different information for an easier view.
Ability to add new KPIs to measure different areas of our business.
Drag and drop tool which makes an easier usage of Excel.
Cost-effective. I find Clear Analytics to be affordable considering the number of features added and the unlimited sharing and editing it provides.

Cons

New employees have had a hard time understanding how to use Clear Analytics, which lacks beginner-friendly guides and it results in a more extensive training time for us.
It requires an extensive knowledge of Excel prior to using this software.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would recommend this solution to anyone working with extensive data and requires something that makes the process of creating reports faster and without causing mistakes, which often happens if everything’s done manually. It saves time by providing an automated feature and enables sharing without the need to use emails.
