We use Claritysoft as our main CRM. It is meant to track the customers, accounts, the products they've purchased, their type of account, phone numbers, addresses, etc., with a separate place for extra notes. It really acts as a large address book, which is fine, based on our sales model where contracts and opportunities aren't tracked as they normally would be in capital equipment sales.
Pros
Acts as an address book
Allows for a decent amount of customization
From what I am guessing, isn't very expensive
Cons
We should be able to import in sales data from Excel or some other format to be included into each account
ZERO AI features
Limited Dashboard features

Claritysoft is well suited if you need more of an address book as your CRM. Situations where sales are more passive and based on increasing awareness instead of hard, closing sales. In my previous role selling medical equipment, this would NOT work. However, in my current role where awareness is the key factor that drive smaller sales amounts, it does it's job. I've just been in a lot more roles where I need to upload contracts with signatures and track sales Opportunities, and Claritysoft doesn't seem able to do that.
Claritysoft is the primary client data warehouse and CRM.
Pros
Customisation
Usability
Scaleability
Affordability
Cons
Integration with third parties
Use of AI

We have been able to easily customise Claritysoft for our business. We are in financial services and this is a heavily regulated environment. Claritysoft does this well without the need for coding.
We are using Claritysoft as our primary CRM. We use it to keep up with our leads, our customers, their quotes, and then their opportunities.
Pros
Claritysoft is a low-cost solution for smaller companies to be able to keep up with leads and customers.
It also is great for having one depository for quotes and opportunities you and your company are working on.
The marketing function seems to also work really well for sending out and tracking email campaigns.
Cons
There is no spell-check function to use when you are sending emails.
Some of the functions you need when deleting records and the like are not always available on every page when you are working in the application.
When moving quotes to opportunities, the attachments go with the move so when you go back to the quote, it is not there. Also, when you move a quote it does not automatically fill in the quote number as it was on the quote, it creates a new number. This should be fixed.
When you convert a lead it does not move the lead to archives or get rid of it. It leaves it in the Leads area and so you have to manually get rid of it.
There is no auto-dial feature built into Claritysoft.
The mobile app needs to look and feel just like the online version.

For a small company, just getting started with a CRM package, Claritysoft is great. Better to have something rather than nothing at all to keep up with these things we use and need in Sales.
My entire company utilizes Claritysoft. We use it to manage customer contacts, accounts, and sales activity and run reports of what sales are in the pipeline and what the current activity of each rep and client is. We also use it to change accounts and leads from one rep to another and to keep track of who has what region.
Pros
Reporting is very accurate.
Very good at being able to filter and do global searches
Very easy to revise information or change reps for a client
Customer service help is very fast and reliable.
Cons
Needs to have the ability to be able to change accounts, opportunities, leads, and contacts over to another rep without having to go into each field separately--this is extremely time-consuming.
Would like to see each page be able to bring up more then 100 clients at a time.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would recommend Claritysoft because it is very easy to keep track of a sales rep's activities on a daily basis and very easy to pull reports for any info needed.
Originally, it was just utilized by our sales department; however, now we have incorporated its functionality to expand our capabilities within our marketing and customer support teams as well. We now use it for every step of a relationship with a customer which includes initial contact, peaking interest, negotiating, closing, and continued support. I use the software every day, and it makes my job a lot easier.
Pros
Email blasts.
Opportunity, quote, and sale record keeping.
Customer support.
Cons
Analytics of email blast are there but could be improved upon.
Slight modifications to import tools.
Automatic email, text, etc. plug ins.

Claritysoft is great for B2B, B2C, and B2G applications. We use if for B2B and B2G because we do not deal directly with consumers. Their reporting capabilities and group editing make it very easy to slice and dice data to really dig down and identity key performance indicators. It puts my filing cabinet to shame.
Without divulging too much info, Claritysoft is being used to manage contract portfolios across an entire organization. It aids in portfolio management, financials, reporting, and offers various aspects of flexibility for security roles. It has enhanced collaboration efforts over our previous tool (OPPM).
Pros
Ease of Use - Claritysoft offers a very organic and intuitive design for customers to easily navigate and use.
Developer Standpoint - Standing up the application and importing data was straightforward and did not take long to configure security, permissions and roles.
Out Of The Box (OOTB) - Claritysoft out of the box offered many built-in tools utilized for our environment, however, manipulating and customizing was not over the top difficult, once we established a baseline.
Cons
This may be an unfair "con", however the application is quite costly. With that said, it is worth it!
This may be a "con" because of our environment, however the email functionality is a bit limited when it comes to multiple items.
Customized reports are a bit messy to build, BUT the options for customization has answered all requests by our client.

Our client, and probably most, do not like change. We transitioned from a tool that had been used for nearly 7 years. From a support staff, we were concerned about how customers would react to learning new processes. However, Claritysoft's concise, ergonomic flow of use really did not present too many complaints by our clients. Any "complaints" we did receive were more from those who didn't want to change rather than from those who didn't understand. Reports, reports, reports! Our clients love data (and who doesn't!), and Claritysoft's robust reporting capabilities shine bright. It is a bit difficult to configure the reports, but that complexity is an added feature IMO.
