Software Service with Actionable Insights

Rating: 8 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have a contract with WebEx and since we have the functionality and are using it in our systems, having a comprehensive overview of what we're doing with it and how we're using it provides business insights, but also those that we can take action on or use to change behaviors (or lend support to positive behaviors).

Pros

  • Bring multiple data points into one location
  • Provides a customizable dashboard
  • Drills down to specific areas for further analysis

Cons

  • Not always intuitive or user friendly
  • Getting the most out of the software requires dedicated personnel/time
  • Not that useful unless you'll do something with the data

Likelihood to Recommend

It's a great software for those with a lot of data sets that they want to use and take action on. It brings different data into one location and allows for analysis and gives you the ability to benchmark, track progress, or take action based on certain data. These can lead to greater efficiency and improved productivity.

Super Cool Meeting and Online Webinar Tool

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been using Cisco Webex for all my official meetings, webinars and monthly All-hands meetings with higher management. The features of Cisco Webex made our online meetings easy and effective, especially when it comes to the live chat option with a panel and live poll of opinions regarding the meet is something I'm liking most. Since I'm into Ed-tech Cisco Webex is used to connect with my learners and our learning platform is also embedded with Cisco Webex. Our learners are also happy to use Cisco Webex as their learning platform.

Pros

  • Creating a nice virtual meeting
  • Video conference webinars and live meetings
  • Virtual cloud space for communication

Cons

  • I have been using more than year didn't face any difficulties with Cisco Webex
  • They can make joining and arranging the chairs option little faster

Likelihood to Recommend

Designed for communication and team engagement, this tool offers channels and links for members to join. A great analytical tool with seamless integration to other tools. You can assemble teams for meetings without attending and also move into product and project management as a team. Best video conferencing experience I've had.

Collaboration partner

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The product was very useful in connecting people remotely during a lockdown situation. The software helps people to use different platforms like mobile, tablet, and desktop without any interruptions. I love the automatic attendance report after conducting the meeting and transcript option is the best in class which helps people to take meeting notes whenever it is required. One can start recording the meeting and share it with others through cloud platforms so that everyone is aware of what's going on.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Team calendar management
  • Attendance reporting
  • Meeting analytics
  • Meeting recording

Cons

  • add background for video calls
  • Whiteboard for discussion
  • Calendar integration with outlook and gmail

Likelihood to Recommend

The product is very much used for collaborative projects from all over the world where it will help everyone to connect remotely without a glitch. If people are working in offline offices and having physical meetings then the product does not hold true but it will help you in taking notes through its subtitle feature along with an attendance report

Cisco Webex Experience Management is well suited in handling live customer query. It helps in monitoring customer feedback and queries. It is very useful application for comparison of year on year data, month data and weekly data. It help in understanding customer life cycle. It can be used as an interaction tool with the customers by directly posing them questions about the services. It helps in Segmenting, targeting and positioning of your product or service in the long run. Cisco Webex Experience Management scenarios where it can be less appropriate are few. As it gives a lot on insights about customer feedback, customer tracing etc, it would not be useful in short term or for smaller business who are not focussing on the larger goals of the business

Cisco Webex Experience Management Survey Nov 24th 2021

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use the Cisco WebEx platform from time to time. I also use Teams and Zoom also for collaboration purposes including voice video and desktop [sharing] features. The Cisco WebEx experience is good. It provides user-friendly features with good voice quality and good video resolution. It is a little more costly than Zoom but also gets the job done. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the platform

Pros

  • Good Voice Quality
  • Good Video Quality
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • It is more expensive. The price point could be lowered
  • Would like to see improved integration with other software platforms
  • Maybe just a little more intuitive

Likelihood to Recommend

Cisco WebEx is well suited for employees that are mobile and also work remotely. It is good for certain industries such as healthcare for telehealth and sales professionals that need to make presentations to many people in different areas all at the same time. Other industries such as manufacturing and blue-collar professionals, may not benefit as well since that workforce most likely works in a physical environment and would have no needs.

Know how to know your customer

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use [Cisco Webex Experience Management (formerly Cloudcherry)] both for internal interdepartmental feedback between Sales and Delivery teams. We also implement [Cisco Webex Experience Management] for end customers to help implement Voice of the Customer strategies and assist in bringing the feedback close loop to these enterprises. The business problem it solves is actionable intelligence based on customer feedback across every touchpoint in the journey which otherwise a yearly NPS doesn't quiet tell the whole story.

Pros

  • Visual Customer Journey
  • Workflow to build Survey Scripts
  • Ability to plug Surveys seamlessly into Mobile, Web

Cons

  • Integrated Reporting including Contact Center
  • Ability to see real time monitoring of a Survey Campaign
  • Campaign Orchestration Engine for Outbound

Likelihood to Recommend

[Cisco] Webex Experience Management is suited ideally in these places

1. Greenfield Opportunities
2. Measuring Customer journey's throughout the customer lifecycle and seeing where the optimal service fails or needs improvement

[Cisco] Webex Experience is NOT suited in scenarios where
1. Customer has invested in Medallia or Qualtrics and is happy using them. The incentive to make the change is not tangible and having to retrain and relaunch using a new tool seems to be not sellable.
