My Cisco Small Business RV Series Review

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have several clients utilizing the Cisco Small Business RV Series routers for office security and now, mostly VPN access via the home office. It's been a useful tool after the pandemic hit. We were able to configure and deploy VPN connections with minimal effort and downtime. the main business problem it originally addressed with providing a firewall to the office(s). Now, with the VPN capabilities, it's been a lifesaver for the home office scenario my clients are faced with.

  • VPN Access
  • Several security features provided
  • Competitive prices for SMBs

Cons

  • The user interface can be clunky to navigate
