Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use this for some candidate background and criminal recorded checks. It's very easy as the administrator to send out, and our customers seem to be able to follow directions with ease. It's a great and simple system.

Cons
- If they are having trouble completing a background check - they will not notify the user
- Not mobile friendly

Certn has been great! We've had exceptional customer service with them, and the few times an issue has popped up they've been so quick to help out. They definitely value their customers and provide an excellent overall experience
