If you need to connect NetSuite to some other platform or application, you should reach for Celigo. It is a true Integration Platform. I can write code and build integrations from scratch, but they will never be as solid as what Celigo already has built. Also, Celigo gives non-developers superpowers. In NetSuite, it can be used as an alternative to SuiteScripting.
We use Celigo for multiple integrations: for Amazon to Netsuite, Shopify to Netsuite, 3PL integrations for inventory reconciliation, and item fulfillment and ASNs to Retailer. It is integral to our business and a really great asset for reducing overhead and costs of manual work and labor. Highly recommend this software program!
Pros
Direct to Consumer integration from Amazon and Shopify into Netsuite
Seeing errors directly and fixing them
Integrations with warehouses for shipping and fulfillment
Cons
Bug fixing; had one of our flows randomly removed and root cause has yet to be determined from their team
Likelihood to Recommend
Great support team, great service, awesome portal that is intuitive
Celigo is used to integrate and data synchronise multiple systems together. It excels in anything related to NetSuite integration as Celigo has done the main heavy lifting around that, which makes integrating with NetSuite a breeze. Having said that, it's a general purpose iPaaS integration tool, so would work for any system to system integration.
Pros
NetSuite Integration
Shopify Integration
Data Synchronisation
Built-In Integration Applications
Cons
API Support (On the way)
Advanced Logical Operators
Synchronous Flows
Pages Control (Parallel processing vs Sequential processing)
Likelihood to Recommend
I would highly recommend Celigo for point to point systems integration, especially if NetSuite is in the mix. I would also recommend Celigo if an Integration App is readily available for the requirement needed as this will provide a quick turnaround for going live. I would not recommend Celigo if you are looking for an iPaaS that be used to integrate a plethora of systems in a large Enterprise. Celigo is more appropriate to integrate few systems, mostly data synchronisation between those systems.
We use Celigo for every internal integration. It's used for sales orders, customer payments, Zendesk customer support tickets, shipment tracking, database data migration, email sends to customers, etc... It allows all our internal systems to communicate with each other instead of being siloed. For example, to proactively solve customer pain points and issues, we track all of our packages with AfterShip and then create Zendesk support tickets if there is an issue with the package transit. Our customers love the proactive messaging so they feel like we are taking care of them every step of the way.
Pros
Previewing data transformations and scripts in real time
Ability to retry data and manage errors when something goes wrong
Pre built apps for quick implementation
Cons
EDI transactions are difficult to setup and use
FTP transactions can be slow when using them for a lot of volume
Likelihood to Recommend
Celigo is great for transaction-based integrations (which is most), but not great for when you want to replicate data from one system to a database. For example, if you are trying to get all of your NetSuite data into a Snowflake database. However, if you are trying to get data out of NetSuite and create transactions in another system, it's perfect.
Celigo is our data uploader/edit of choice for our Salesforce instance. It was primarily used for a data migration and a lot of data cleanup. I has a much easier to work with interface that any other data loader I have used and provides errors in simple and organized fashion.
Pros
Error handling
Template handling
Cost
Cons
Handling very large datasets
loading times
Likelihood to Recommend
I have already recommended Celigo to several peers. It is perfect for data cleanup. It does not upsert a large amount of data as quickly as other programs but the way it handles errors of just putting them into their respective lines instead of a separate error file made the wait worth it for me.

Celigo integrator.io is currently being used within Finance to sync Salesforce to NetSuite. This eliminates the need to manually create customer records or subscription records in SuiteBilling and also updates subscriptions as products are added or removed.
Pros
Reduce data entry.
Speed up month-end close.
Enable staff to work on adding more value.
Cons
AI would be amazing.
Shorter wait for project kick-off.
Likelihood to Recommend
Any reduction of data entry/mapping is a case for Celigo.
