We use Capterra as the place to get customers to provide reviews of our product, mainly because Capterra and its affiliated sites is one of the main websites for product reviews. Like all business we need third-party and social proof of how go our product is that has not been directly written by us but by users. Overall it is a great option for this as it get a lot of website traffic.
