What is Canary Whistleblowing System?
Canary Whistleblowing System (Canary WBS) is a third-party ethics hotline provider that enables the safe, secure, and anonymous reporting of activities involving misconduct, fraud, abuse, and other violations of company policies.
The whistleblower also has the option to report a case via SMS, WhatsApp & Telegram to Canary® Whistleblowing System, or postage mail, as well as email or live chat online. Users can also access the hotline with its mobile apps (Apple or Android).
Canary Whistleblowing System provides clients a secured and dedicated website for whistleblowers. All the reports are accessible by customers but Integrity Asia guarantees the anonymity of whistleblowers, under the following options:
- The whistleblower can be contacted for additional information and he/she does not place any restriction on the release of his/her contact information.
- The whistleblower can be contacted for additional information, but his/her name is kept confidential and is not shared with our client.
- The whistleblower chooses to remain anonymous and it is not necessary for him/her to fill out the contact information.

Canary Whistleblowing System (Canary®) also provides the whistleblowers with their own workspace and our clients with their own case management :
The whistleblowers are offered a secure and private workspace that enables views for the users to track their reports and tasks. They can see the status for each case in real-time and the action that might be required. The clients have also their own dashboard with statistics, current tasks and cases. The Case Management System allows the clients to perform actions such as requiring more information, archiving cases or even transmitting the case to another department.
