The SPM QuickStart Package includes field coaching tools built around industry best practices and ready-made templates, as well as mobile feedback and real-time performance assessment capabilities. It gives users insight into KPIs for any given point in time via dashboard reporting, and allows users to create/manage individual and team plans and objectives through progress monitoring. It also helps users uncover behaviors that impact sales outcomes, and build a library of best practices that can be used for coaching.
