3x charge year over year pricing without informing me as the client. I did not authorise them to charge me again for another year, and certainly not 3x the original price for the exact same product and features. In my experience, customer service was terrible and totally unhelpful. I think the product itself is mediocre and unnecessarily complicated. In my opinion, Calendly, Doodle and Google Calendar are all superior products with straightforward pricing, and no hidden "gotcha" charges. They refused to refund me even thought I didn't use the product at all after the 3x unauthorised charge, and I made the request within a few weeks of the charge. I will be doing a chargeback on my Visa due to this. For me, simply not a good customer service experience, expensive / deceptive pricing, and many other competitors that are better.

It is very easy to use.
It is visually nice to look at.

Can't be customized by a user.
Should be easier to use when adding from emails.

Especially after COVID now meetings are scheduled online & this goes directly to your calendar & you can see for yourself how is your day planned. It addresses the problem such as : Focused meetings. It's a modern calendar app that has allowed us to better plan our time, plan our day, or plan our week. It makes everyone's life easier by allowing you to see all your schedule in one single window. Now we can see you multiple tasks in a single day or entire week & accordingly we can give time to others. When it is less appropriate - I don't foresee this becoming less appropriate. You have the liberty to cancel the meeting online itself and you don't need to call anyone and update them about the cancellation. It will automatically send an update to all users.

Using Calendar, you can simply schedule meetings and events, as well as receive notifications about upcoming events. Because Calendar is designed for groups, you can easily share your schedule and create several calendars for usage by you and your coworkers. In order to keep your calendar organized, you must add additional events to it. With a few smart hacks and hidden features in Calendar, keeping track of everything is a breeze.

Useful features are packed into a simple user interface in Calendar. It integrates seamlessly with Gmail's calendar, and I enjoy how convenient it makes it to keep track of all my scheduled events. Anyone who is having difficulty finding open hours in their hectic work schedules or who just wants to be more productive should take my advice and implement it immediately.

We use Calendar for our everyday scheduling and meeting planning across our company. We use it together with Mail and other Workspace apps. An online Calendar is a basic tool for remote working and organization, as it is the base of our planning and coordination among our teams. We use it on PC, Mac, Android, and iPhones.

Integration with Mac calendar app can be a little better.

I believe Calendar is the de-facto standard for scheduling and meeting these days. If you want to use it in an enterprise environment, it has a cost per user so I consider it to be a professional tool. If you have a very small business or personal matters, Calendar outside of Workspace is a better option, although it's almost the same tool.

Calendar allows for quick and easy scheduling with you and your coworkers. The app looks for open time slots with you and the people you connect to. To schedule a meeting you can select a list of times that work for you and send that to whomever you want to meet with. Then, they just have to select a time and the meeting is booked.

Calendar works well because it skips steps in the meeting scheduling process. Instead of sending an email with a list of options, then reading a reply with the times that work, then sending out of the meeting itself, all you have to do is send out the first email and then the meeting is booked when the recipient replies. Calendar does not work with iCal yet so you have to use Google or Microsoft.

Calendar has a lot of useful functions crammed into its simple UI. It works flawlessly with Gmail's calendar, and I appreciate how easy it is to keep track of all of my booked appointments. I strongly advise this to anyone who are having trouble finding open hours in their busy work schedulesand to everyone who wants to be more productive in general. The analytics are the finest part. I've never seen a calendar software that can show me who I spend the most time with before. It appears that they are more concerned with time management and efficiency than with day planning!"
