We have used BrowserStack to enable debug of some very specific situations which are only occurring on legacy browsers - without this we would have had to travel OR get different machines set up remotely. BrowserStack allowed us to test our theory, validate the fix and then push this to the customer for review. Ultimately saving us time and money in the process.

As previously mentioned - BrowserStack has saved us visiting sites as well as reduced the development time for "bugs" which would not be caught automatically. All of the fixes could have been caught with time but BrowserStack reduced that creating operational efficiency! If I need to spin up a box and test a scenario quickly - this is my go to tool.

We are using BrowserStack for our mobile tests, manual and automated. For manual, it is easy to use, upgrade and manager, gives the team autonomy to have access to different devices. For automation, we are planning to run some mobile tests in Browserstack and also some visual tests as well. This would help improve team velocity and quality.

It is well suited for automation, if it is mobile automation, even better, the variety of devices it huge. Also it is super convenient for manual tests on a abroad team, where sending physical devices is hard to, or complicated. Give access to BrowserStack and the whole team has access to a lot of devices, also it is easier to upgrade version of OS and hardware as well.
