We needed a corporate credit card that we could get as non-US founders and found Brex to be the right solution. We use Brex as our main credit card provider. More specifically, we use Brex to track our spending and collect rewards. We are also using the rewards that they're offering.

Brex makes it easy for us to create corporate virtual cards for various departments and company leaders. It's easy to search transactions and it offers good perks from the points for spending. We haven't used the money side as much, but appreciate the tech-friendly user interface compared to our boring normal bank.

- Reward points on all spend - especially on software as a service (SaaS) which is a large source of expenditure for our business
- Expense management system which allows us to intelligently manage all employees
- Dynamic expense limits to adjust expenditure based on seniority, time of year, tenure etc.
- Fantastic mobile app to monitor usage and upload notes/receipts
- Great travel booking system - something we haven't fully utilized yet
Cons
- This is unusual but I struggle to write con's - everything has been seamless so far
- Perhaps they could improve the UI/UX for uploading receipts when there are multiple photos

- Realized return on all expenditure through points where previously this wasn't seen at all in the business
- Ease of use and general increase in employee satisfaction. It would typically take one full day to lodge expenses at previous companies - now it takes a matter of seconds

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We give Brex Cards to various department heads for department expenses and travel. The product addresses the mapping of various accounting and GL accounts of where our spending is occurring. This makes for an easier process than direct reimbursing on personal cards as it is tough to quickly reimburse and be caught up on financials.

We use Brex Cash and credit cards. The problem at Brex solves is having a bank that is easy to use and navigate than your traditional bank. It also helps us get company cards distributed to our employees fast and easily. We also use Brex because it allows us to have a higher credit limit than most other banks and cards.
