I used Sendinblue for email marketing, which was a mistake.

Cons

  • Functionality is incredibly poor.
  • Customer service is terrible.

Sendinblue is a poor choice for email marketing and I'd advise against it, especially for small businesses in which something like sending out an email campaign is a big deal and can have a huge impact on revenue. The platform comes with too many issues, and when you contact customer service about these issues, they respond way too late, give you some copy and pastes message about high volume of customer emails, refer to them as "glitches." They ruined my business today and this is why it's important that I warn other businesses about them.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Sendinblue to process emails from our website as well as add newsletter and product review functionality. The dashboard ease of use and the supporting staff have been key to our decision to move forward with Sendinblue. It took us less than a day to be operational and the well-described setup instructions helped with the setup process.
