Now that we use BQE COREwe have a better way to track time and expenses along with accounting. In our industry we are typically a subconsultant on new construction projects and this software is particularly useful in our industry. It is helpful for marketing and project managers to be able to view all of the client information in one place, as well as keep accounting visible for particular users. I would recommend this for our industry: architecture, engineering, or construction. I would recommend this for any larger firm with many employees or high number of projects. I would particularly recommend this for a company with projects that have budget constraints and where time tracking and expense tracking is very important. I would not recommend this complicated software for a small firm with a small amount of income or number of projects.

It takes over an hour to download CSV files when dealing with large amounts of data. However, it's often unclear how long the process will take. Could the system display a progress bar showing the percentage of CSV files generated? This would help users understand how much time remains for the download to complete
In the 'Create Invoice Batch' T&E details section, the filter function is not user-friendly. After filtering by an employee's name, the work dates do not appear in chronological order, making it time-consuming for users to review the T&E details.

The time verification report is user friendly for submitting the work hours for client's approval. It shows the hours per employee and the memo to describe the work. At the bottom of the page, it has the approval signature line that will help the user to keep the approval record.
We use this software for our employee time management and payroll. It centralizes and streamlines all our needs into one easy to use data base. With the software being online based we are able to access it anywhere and all our employees are able to stay organized and up to date on project timelines. In addition, the, the software tracts PTO, Sick, and Holiday hours which is really helpful for employees to manage time off.

We use BQE CORE for project management, time tracking, and invoicing. Prior to this we were using 3+ programs to do these things and manually creating invoices because we could not find a porgram that let us track fixed and percent contracted time.

It is well suiting for engineering reporting. Every project has to be accounted for billable hours and expenses like mileage, meals, etc. This software takes care of all this items seamlessly and made the administering of tedious task fun. There hasn't been any negative resistance since we implemented the software. It has been received well by employees.

There are very few distractions, and it is easy to train people on how to enter their time. Some changes and updates they make are not intuitive and there can be issues with a toggled setting that will effect the rest of a process you are working on.

I think that BQE CORE is very well situated to help with time tracking for project specific companies. It is great and processing bills to pay and invoices that need to get sent out to clients. The ease of time tracking is great. The expense entry process is also easy and can be shared easily with a company to make sure everyone is on the same page.
This product has allowed me as an employee to be able to enter my time from anywhere. This gives me the freedom to work from home, or in the field when needed. I can simply log on to another pc or an app on my phone to be able to quickly enter my time for the week. I am not tied down to my pc at the office being the only device I can enter my time.

BQE is well suited for time entry. All jobs can be easily located based on our company's file structure system. This helps us keep uniformity across our jobs. BQE is also well suited for expense entry. It allows me to easily record mileage, prints, review fees, etc for each individual project.
I use BQE Core to track and manage assignments given to me. BQE Core is very efficient when searching for job assignment’s amongst the hundreds of jobs we recieve every year from different clients all around our state. Time management and expense management is very important in our company and it will be very difficult to manage it all without an organized software which BQE Core has helped us with.
