It's perfect for cold email outreach. It guarantees low bounce rates, and it's super fast. I think it's less appropriate when someone already has email validation in the sequencer tool. I only tried for cold email outreach, but it seems suitable for email marketing and old list cleaning. Maybe it can be integrated with CRMs also to clean the contact base.
We're using it for our internal email outreach and we're using to validate the email addresses we're reaching out for Sales. This is a step to prevent bounced emails and to make sure that our domain health is in good condition. Bouncer gives a good value for money as we're only getting minimal bounced emails.

I use Bouncer for email address verification. Many email databases provide the right kind of email search functionality but their email quality tends to be imperfect. Hence, I make use of Bouncer. Apart from Email quality, it also indicates the Email provider and the MX server for the email address - for a person using multiple domains and email addresses such as Microsoft and Google workspace, this can potentially mean greater deliverability to Inbox when needed.

Bouncer is a trusted email verification service. I use it as my preferred tool. The accuracy is much better and consistent compared to some of the cheaper tools in market.
I also like they provide MX server records and Email provider information too. When I need greater inbox deliverability in the future using multiple sending domains and emails, I could use this information for added impact in email campaigns.
Bouncer is used for email address verification. Sometimes, when any email is bounced, we know that we can rely on Bouncer to check the state of the email address and clearly understand and evaluate the reason of that bounce.

I recently purchased various lists of medical professionals in the USA. These lists are notoriously poor and full of old, outdated email addresses. I wanted to cleanse the listings and I used a couple of different online services to purge and cleanse the lists. Overall, I was very disappointed with the outcome. After spending a great deal of money and time to clean the lists, my bounce and spam rates were still very high. Someone recommended Bouncer to me. I figured I would give it one more try. To my surprise, the results after running the lists through Bouncer were very good. My bounce and spam rates dropped greatly and my Reputation score improved greatly. I will continue to use Bounce and to recommend Bouncer to others. If you need to cleanse a mailing list, I highly recommend Bouncer. My only criticism is the price. They are significantly higher in price, but in the end, it is true what they say, "you get what you pay for."

Bouncer is perfect for the challenge of cleansing email lists before doing a mailing. The big mailing services will block you or stop your campaigns if your lists are receiving high complaints - Bouncer help to eliminate this.
Reaching out to prospects without bouncer can cause my email to get burnt and labeled as spam if the bounce rate of the emails I reach out too is too high. This is something I've experienced first hand prior to using bouncer. After running my emails through their software, my email bounce rate went from 9% to 0.8%.

Bouncer is really great for bulk emails for any sales person in the service industry that needs to keep their email health healthy. Irrelevant for your day to day person sending emails to regular people. There isn't much use for anyone that is outside of business in my opinion but that's just my opinion.
