Bonterra EveryAction

Allows organization to have a crm that allows you to add tags to each individual and organization, it is integrated within the same software. While also allowing you to create events and add titles of hosts, or check in people and you are able to create a system to follow up on them and confirm them. Also, you are able to create a virtual phone bank. Allows you to create a sign up form, pledge form, while also allowing development to use certain funder tools. It also has a newsletter template that can be used. It also has features to allow you to create a campaign and be able to cut lists of your own crm and scripts to be able to help ID people on issues.

We use Bonterra EveryAction to manage our fundraising pipeline. This is new this year, and is meant to help us keep track of upcoming deadlines. We also use it to help us keep track of deliverables under current grants. This is a bit of an unconventional use case for Bonterra EveryAction, but my organization has been building it out so that it works well for us.

I use EveryAction to look up donor information. Donors call to update their personal information, such as credit card info., address changes or to discontinue their accounts altogether. They also call to inquire as to what exactly are the services Covenant house provides. EveryAction provides all of the information needed to perform all tasks.

I use Bonterra Development + Digital for Van EveryAction. This allows me to create events in VAN and track data effectively. It also helps with engaging volunteers via signing them up for events, tracking their hours, and sending them messages. I can also use links to ask people to donate. Overall, great program!

We use Bonterra EveryAction for our individual fundraising efforts. We receive donations through the Bonterra EveryAction donate form embedded on our website, along with sending out newsletters, targeted emails, event signups, and more with the automation feature. We also use Bonterra EveryAction to make repots so we can track lapsed donors, LYBNT donors, and more, for fundraising campaigns.

• Since using the MMAPs to help with our individual fundraising framework, we have seen an increase in donor-advised fund donations
• We used to use a different software for newsletters but having the capacity to send newsletters in automations and through targeted email has it made much easier, since that, along with our donation records, etc, are all in once place now
