We use Apricot as a Customer Resource Management tool to track clients as they matriculate through our job readiness training, which prepares individuals for a career in the arts industry. We can track their data, including the exact training they received, their employment status, the type and amount of supportive services they receive, and so on.
Pros

Cons
- The ability to delete an incorrect entry.
- The ability to enter internships into client profiles, as opposed to only permanent employment.
- Making it to where it does not let you enter a duplicate name.

It is well-suited for tracking customer personal data, employment, training, and supportive services. It is also well-suited for sharing clients across different programs.
