IncentivizedUse Cases and Deployment Scope
From experience, implementation was horrendous. Blackbaud imported all database information even after we went through a detailed process to eliminate unneeded data. Customer support was nonexistent. The system was not geared toward churches. They have since discontinued to support church management and even suggested that we choose another system. We have sine moved to Touchpoint.

Likelihood to Recommend
I believe this system was overpriced and under-supported. From experience, it is very clunky and lacking features that churches would find helpful. There are no scenarios for which Blackbaud Church Management is well suited. It is not appropriate for churches. I would avoid it at all costs. They were also not willing to assist in moving to another system.
