What is Bird?

Bird CRM, replacing the former MessageBird, is a CRM for Marketing, Sales, and Payments, powering messages to customers across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

An easy way to stay in close contact with your customers

Pros

  • Users can transfer a client to another user without a particular permission
  • It allows you to control the communication of our agents and their activity.
  • It gives us a feeling of closeness to our clients who, due to their work activity, cannot answer the phone

Cons

  • It does not accept all the functions of whatsapp
  • It has no integration with the Pipedrive CRM
  • Sometimes it doesn't work in real time, leaving clients waiting in an invisible "queue"

Return on Investment

  • Quick contact with collection clients
  • Delivers the feeling of instantaneous
  • It is good to start the relationship, but continue it through the call center.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I need a video call platform for video calls with coaching clients particularly that are booked in advance. It sends reminder emails and follow up emails as well as allowing changing the branding of the software. I have previously used it to record the sessions as well though that functionality has recently not been available now.

Pros

  • Call reminders and follow up incl reviews
  • Easy for the client to access the call without needing to download software
  • Customizable branding

Cons

  • Recording feature being available again
  • Faster call set for spur of the moment, host initiated calls
  • No ability to call in using a phone for those without internet/low speed access.

  • Calling between 2 or more participants
  • Follow up email
  • Customisable branding

Return on Investment

  • Easy video calling for scheduled appointments has meant customer retention as they don't need specific software etc to have a call.
  • Negative impact whilst our internet has been slow as I've been unable to use the product well as dial in to the call using a phone option.
  • Emails reminders has meant more clients turning up for the calls leading to retained income and happier customers.
