- SEO analyzer is a very handy tool that is exclusive to Bing webmaster tools
- Best help and support among the major search engines
- XML sitemap plugin is a great feature that doesn't appear in other webmaster tools
- Ability to disavow links. Not available in google!
Cons
- Interface is clunky compared to google search console
- search keyword report data is not as robust as google
- Some bing dashboards have too much information and could be put in separate reports

Ability to disavow links is a major selling point point for bing! Interface and certain reports could me more streamlined
